am trying to get a better understanding of the Fell Pass as there appears to be not much lore around it. Understood that long ago the was a great battle between orcs and the dwarves of Delzoun (FR5, The North 2e Supplement). The dwarves taking advantage of an old and long-abandoned stronghold carved beneath the top of the pass (3e supplement Silver Marches p.27)
To my knowledge The Fell Pass is not within the known borders of Delzoun, nor within Gharraghaur's borders (FR11 p.55, p.57).
Now I wonder who the constructor of this Stronghold might be. Was it part of a larger fortification line , or existed a small duchy/kingdom in this area, now long gone?
Is there any additional lore out there ? |

Definitively taking a Look at this adventure.
Am also looking for not so official Lore too. IMHO any Lore projects created by you and Eric are big treasure troves too, which enrich the Realms I love so much. |

But for something interesting, you might want to check out Dragon magazine #32. It contains an adventure called "The Fell Pass". It's obviously not set in the Realms, but heck the guy that wrote it sure sounds like he had visited.
