Halacar of Aglarond is poisoned [tsr1085]
Halacar perished within the year of poisoning - although his murderer's identity was never discovered [tsr1121]
and died-of poison, it is thought-in the winter of 1260 DR, without wife or offspring. [tsr9235]
Halacar dies of poisoning [Unapprochable East]
Anything more ?

I believe you find, at best, the conjecture that surrounds this poisoning in Spellbound as the source likely to be the Thayvians.
