Does anyone have any more information on this site, found in Underdark (pg 185) ?

The Tumulus is briefly mentioned in another scroll, Shrine to Tempus in ruins of Dragonspear castle, but it is not a topic that has been discussed at Candlekeep. Perhaps our great Sage knows of some lore hidden deep within the archives.

Scrying through the mystical google orb reveals some little lore about strange Tumulus scattered across the planes. I have found this tome from another library which you may find helpful. (I would give a clearer reference, but alas it is found within a library that uses a strange form of the java-celestial alphabet I cannot decipher.)
