I found this big book of knowledge about every product published campaign cartographer very useful. 60 % of it is taken from the user'S guide that comes with the different expentions for CC2. You get Fractal Terrains, Dungeon Designer, City Designer, CC2, etc.
40% of the book is new stuff (My estimate by the way). New exemples and tricks to do things in CC2.
The one big advantage of this book is having everything in one container.
What is really cool also is fact that they are going to upgrade it to CC3 via PDF when the new version will be ready, or a bit later. It's gonna be free of charge to owners of the original book.
So here you are, a year later :)
