I would think that as busy as their site is, they would have all kinds of backup. But I did come late to the party for NWN, and hadn't liked anything that they had done previously, so maybe they go offline from time to time and I've just missed seeing that or any reactions to it.

Or perhaps it's a dropped link in the chain between my ISP and theirs.

Just curious. Bioware stayed unreachable (from my end, anyway) for another hour after I posted my query and there was no indication on their end that a lot of folks were having trouble, but the entire net seemed sluggish just about all day . .
