Well met fellow scribes

With the release of the latest novel in the Year of Rogue Dragons trilogy: The Rite, we are hereby opening up the interview chamber once again in order to gleam as much information as possible from the author, Richard Lee Byers

In addition to The Rite, and the previous novel in the trilogy - The Rage, Richard has also written two novels from, what I believe, are two of the best novel series of the Realms: The Sembia Series and The War of the Spider Queen.

These novels, namely, The Shattered Mask and Dissolution can also be the basis of thy questions, as well as any general writing questions etc.

Please remember that this is a different format to the standard "Questions for..." threads here at Candlekeep, and all questions should be sent in to myself for collating for the the final interview.

Myself and Richard look forward to receiving thy questions. Thank ye.
