So recently I came across Condemnation in .doc format with graphics from the novel and came across another novel forget what it was in .pbd (palm ebook format) and Elaine's Windwalker in .rtf again with novel graphics. I was wondering, am I missing out on something somewhere, is Wizards doing ebooks with the novels?

Drat, I can think of some FR novels I'd love to have on my PDA, I was hoping I miss an anouncement on WOTC publishing ebooks for the novels.

As Wooly said, it's probably illegal. I've never seen a novel in electronic format and WotC has only 2E manuals from like 10 years ago that's available for download.

Thinks I you found some well-done but still illegal copies. I know nothing of WotC novels being released in electronic form; they generally only do that with certain older supplements.

Not to my knowledge. Where exactly did you stumble across these files?

On Shareaza, connecting to all 4 peer-to-peer networks. The only reason I ask is because they were really well done and almost looked like something official. I've never seen OCR software scan a document so well.
