I've been reading Forsaken House and I was wondering if there are novels that cover some of the mentioned events. I know that the fall of Evereska is covered in the Return of the Archwizards trilogy. I wonder, however,is the war in Evermeet in Elain Cuningham's novel Evermeet. And is there any novel that covers the Harpers destruction of Hellgate Keep with the Gatekeepers Crystal.

The first mention of Hellgate Keep's destruction was in The North boxed set. This was then elaborated on in the Hellgate Keep adventure, and then parts of that adventure were spun off into either other products (Cloak and Dagger) or novels (Khaanyr Vhok in WotSQ and now the daemonfey in Last Mythal). But no novel has dealt exclusively with the city's destruction.

And as I recall, a side effect of the destruction of Hellgate Keep was the freeing of the fey'ri of House Dlardrageth.

Yep, I think Cloak & Dagger was the first gaming product to detail this fact.

Actually, the module Hellgate Keep first mentioned the freeing of the fey'ri. But that was only the three members of House Dlardrageth -- Cloak & Dagger added more fey'ri to the mix. It built on the lore of the Dlardrageths that was in the module, and added more to it, so there was more fey'ri around to play with.

(sigh) Those meddling Harpers... You know, it's times like these that I think the Zhentish and Red Wizards are right. The Harpers meddle in other's businesses too much. Lol.

Wait, a minute... wasn't Thornhold about the destruction of Hellgate Keep?

Going to go with a no here. From Elaine's web site:

"Bronwyn is a Harper agent, a finder of rare antiquities and lost treasures. The most elusive treasure, however, proves to be the secret of her past. Her search for her family and leads her to Thornhold, a mountain fortress held by the paladin order known as the Knights of Samular. Bronwyn is swept into a power struggle between the paladin order, the Harpers, and Dag Zoreth, an evil cleric allied with the Zhentarim. She finds a partner in the adventurous dwarf Ebenezer Stoneshaft, and an ally in Danilo Thann, an old friend and fellow Harper. Danilo must chose between aiding Bronwyn and obeying his mentor Khelben Arunsun."

And besides the adventure module Hellgate Keep is where it's explained how Hellgate Keep got ruined in the present.

My apologies. I've never read Thornhold, just always thought it was about Hellsgate Keep.

If I recall correctly, a WOTC online article posted after the trilogy's publication gave some additional information regarding Evereska.

Yes, Elaine Cunningham's novel Evermeet: Island of Elves details what took place on Evermeet.

To my knowledge, no. The destruction of Hellgate keep was only covered in gaming products.
