Posted - 28 Sep 2013 : 00:02:32 I figured this would be the best place to ask about this. In preparation for Paul Kemps sundering book, ive been reading Erevis Cale. Now im to the twilight war saga and have the first and second book but when i try and find a copy of Shadowrealm, its nearly impossible. When i do find it, people want like $50 for a used paperback copy. Can any one tell me what the deal with this is. Id like to find it for a normal price before Godborn comes out. |

Posted - 28 Sep 2013 : 14:44:18 The book that I actually can't get my hands on is Shadow's Witness.
I have been buying e-books lately though, so I'll probably cave-in and get the e-book version. |

Posted - 28 Sep 2013 : 11:53:56 Try foreign booksellers; for instance, the book is listed as availabe within 1-2 weeks on one of the biggest German bookseller's websites for 8.10 Euros (ca. 11 $), and it seems that they ship books to destinations outside Europe, though the costs are higher than the book in this case (13.00 Euros = ca. 18 $); PM me if you are interested in the name of the website (not sure if I am allowed to post the name here, though I guess I could given that another bookseller is mentioned in this thread as well). I bought it from the same website for a similar price at the end of last year. |

Posted - 28 Sep 2013 : 11:27:30 All,
I apologize for this situation. The prices people are asking are, in a word, absurd. For whatever reason, the book is very hard to find in print, so prices for used copies have just gotten out of hand.
Now and again I poke at WotC to release the Twilight War in an omnibus or gift set, but no luck so far.
SHADOWREALM is readily available in the various ebook formats for normal price, though I know ebooks aren't preferred by many readers.
Sorry, all.

Posted - 28 Sep 2013 : 01:46:02 I'd like to know this myself. I haven't found any copies of it at my local bookstores, and I don't usually shop on-line (don't ask why). I'm seriously considering borrowing my friend's copy at this point (although I'd prefer to have my own copy that I can read whenever I want). |
