hey guys i was wondering if any one knew why it seems impossible to find the lady penitent omnibus by lisa smedman i can find all the lady pentitent books separately online to order but the 3 in 1 no one has i have checked books a million,barnes and nobles, amazon, ebay, and atleast another dozen online bookstores and every local book store within 60 miles of my house it says on the D&D catalog that it came out back in April 2011, does any one know were to order a copy? or why its so hard to find lol?  |

WOTC's site <listing of novels> does not list an omnibus for this series; it only lists the individual paperbacks.
It does list the omnibus collector's editions for RAS, though.
I only see the "TLP" omnibus listed at the UK amazon site, but not at the US amazon site. |

I had started to wonder if there was a first printing, what I found was a few sites advertized it however indicated they had no copies. It has a bar code, however a bar code is issued before the first printing is released. *shrugs* |

Was this omnibus ever officially released? I seem to remember when it was in the pipeline, but I don't recall it ever beeing released. And I even have some memory deep down of it being cancelled, maybe? Amazon has no release date for it, just that it's "not available".
I had all three books at the time, so I really didn't think anythig else of it. |

No, it was Amazon's Super Saver Shipping option, which allows you to waive shipping costs if you order at least $25 worth of stuff. Sometimes even the dirt-cheap stuff is eligible for this option, but usually it's not. This time, it was. I combined 3 used copies of the individual paperbacks with some other things, and they waived S&H. So I got to have my cake (cheap purchase prices), and eat it, too (free shipping). |

$30 for 3 paperbacks?!! I think I paid $0.85 to $1.99 each, used, with free shipping from Amazon. |

I just got them separate, used and for dirt cheap. I prefer the omnibuses, but I couldn't pass up these prices.
If I like it at all, I'll resell the PB's and track down thar omnibus some day. |

It appears you need to wait for a new printing or have to buy it used in some time in the future. |
