Just got around to reading House of Serpents. Enjoyable, even if I didn't really care if the main character made it or not. But I like the Yuan-ti and was glad to see them as the focal point of some books. Are there any other books that feature yuan-ti?

Agreed, the ending certainly seemed to leave ample room for a sequel so I am hopeful.

For novels, read "Venom in Her Veins". Excellent book. It was written as a standalone, but I hope they let Tim Pratt expand on it.

The 3.5e Champions of Ruin and 2e Powers and Pantheons both also have pertinent yuan-ti based sections as well.

2E Elminster‘s Ecologies also covered yuan-ti pretty well.

Serpent Kingdoms is a 3.5 sourcebook that's all about the various serpent races and the Yuan-ti are the ones most prominently featured.
