There are parts of the Pool of Radiance novel that incorporate some of the classic elements of horror-storytelling.

I thought Depths of Madness had some horror elements in it.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Realms of Mystery (although, that's not a novel, but an anthology).

the haunted lands trilogy seems to have an edge of horror/ mystery feel to me. Though, I have only read Unclean so far.

Some of the tales contained with the "Realms of Mystery" anthology would certainly rank as "mystery" stories.

Though it is actually a RAVENLOFT novel, I'd consider the first few chapters of Vampire of the Mists [which take place in Waterdeep], to be a "Realms horror novel" of sorts.

The Night Parade stands out to me as pretty close to a horror novel.

Murder in Cormyr and Murder in Halruaa, for mystery (I assume; I've never read either book).

I can't think of any real horror novels in the Realms, though some novels have had horror elements.

It's a fantasy setting. Though genre mixing can work, it can also flop. And quite honestly, I'm happy that we've not had too much genre mixing with the Realms.
