Dweomered Doors and Dread Doorways

so i was building a stronghold and wanted to use amgical doorways... but what does tha door of visions actually do??
how does it work?
the description is so vague. do people walking through receive a saving throw to disbelieve? what is the illusion of

does the illusion make it so the room appears different?

Personally, I'd rather use a veil of obscurity(Dra 85) instead. More options.

Yes, although whether you could customize it for each person who walks through it is, IMO, beyond its abilities.

I'd say it's a one-time, instantaneous effect. Like the Fireplace Level; "walk in bing boom bam, Khelben's head, that's it."
