Champions of Ruin of cause doesnt have any Substitution Levels theyve only recently appeared in CoV
What evil organizations and groups do you think should have Substitution Levels?
Off the Top of my head
Knight of the Black gauntlet (Fighter)
Zhentarim Mage (Wizard)
Soldier of Black lords Cloak (Fighter)
Zhentarim thug (Rogue)
On the non evil side of things I reckon Purple Dragon (ie the Soldiers) should be substitution Levels to

Even so, I don't think there has been Subsitution Levels anywhere for progressing to a PrC anywhere yet. |

The Purple Dragon KNIGHT PrC is for 5th level and up characters, its not a PrC for the rank and file its for the "Officer corp" |

Hard to say on the others, but that one is unlikely, since there is a PrC for it. |
