It is true, but the adventure won't be based in Al-Qadim setting, specifically. It's a standard desert-type module with Zakharan undertones...

I've been reading some rumors over at EN World that an upcoming Dungeon will be featuring an adventure in the Al-Qadim setting. Does anyone have any more information about this?

A recent issue of Dragon (#321) has three PrC dedicated to role-play within the lands of Al-Qadim. I suggest you have a little look at those as well.

I forgot to mention one other thing: One of the characters in the books Finder's Bane and Tymora's Luck had a Zakharan father. 'Tis but a tidbit, I know.

The 2e Al-Qadim Monstrous Compendium appendix has some pretty extensive information on the various genies and dao of the Zakharan setting. You may also find that tome particularly useful.

No novels, but there was a bit more than a dozen products released, under the "Al-Qadim" imprint.
