Posted - 18 Apr 2009 : 16:09:59 There is a map within the Cloak and Dagger 2nd edition supplement, and some of the markings don't make sense.
Aurora Emporium - This org's area is marked by a dot inside a circle. In the heartland the org has two areas marked out that very widely overlap each other. Why? It happens again, just south of Sembia, there is a little overlap. Then there are two areas very close to each other over by Thay.
Marked area without a Tag - Down by Shining South's southern shore there is an area marked with the Cloak Societies, but around that area is another marker... that has no tag. Any ideas?
Rundeen, Zhentarim, Shadowmasters of Telflamm, Iron Throne - These organizations have 2 or more areas marked out, but the areas are using different lines to circle the areas. Ideas as to why there is a difference? |

Because she has outlets in various nations/cities. Hell, in Waterdeep alone she has two or three outlets. |

For example, in Thay. There are two symbols for Aurora as the solid line for them intersects the line for the Shadowmasters.
So they have one area around Thay and Aglarond and a neighbouring one over Chessenta.
For the Heartlands it does seem to be two groups, though i'm not sure what the different lins mean, the thick one might be the area of influence, while the thin line might be where they actually are. |
