How many Guardians are there all together guarding the graves and how old does a Thorn live?

I found some of the scenes funny here like the shrub-pet on top of Sophrea, Briarsting and Gustin eating all of Sophrea fruit, Gustin making a good first impression on Feeler and fish with his magic spark ball going haywire but my favourite bit was how Gustin got his guide book of waterdeep from the outhouse
