Posted - 08 Sep 2007 : 20:44:03 So I have to ask, what's everyone think about it? I've had my copy of #1 for a couple days and have gone through it rather thoroughly, I like it, but it looks like it's more of a Paizo replacement for Dungeon, not Dragon. |

Posted - 09 Sep 2007 : 03:00:48 True Halidan, but they're also creating their own campaign setting while providing minimal to no player support material. Oh a whole I like the first adventure, I don't mind the comedy goblins, it's awesome. There's crazy evil little critters.

Posted - 09 Sep 2007 : 01:44:45 I've been enjoying the adventure for the most part. I don't care for the GW-style comedy goblins they're using for this first adventure, but that's easily changed. The rest is very good material, and easily trasfered to other campaign settings - including the Realms.
Paizo made it clear early on in it's postings on it's own boards that Pathfinder would be an adventure-only publication - much closer to Dungeon than Dragon. They want to stick with what they do best - which is longer adventure plotlines. They don't want to do a general FRP magazine. |
