So I have to ask, what's everyone think about it? I've had my copy of #1 for a couple days and have gone through it rather thoroughly, I like it, but it looks like it's more of a Paizo replacement for Dungeon, not Dragon.

True Halidan, but they're also creating their own campaign setting while providing minimal to no player support material. Oh a whole I like the first adventure, I don't mind the comedy goblins, it's awesome. There's crazy evil little critters.

THO, Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check it out.

If you're looking for an alternative to DRAGON, why not take a peek at Kobold Quarterly, Wolfgang Baur's new magazine? Ed has an article in issue 2, which should be out soon-ish. PDF online or print copy . . . Easily found on the Net, right now.
love to all,

I've been enjoying the adventure for the most part. I don't care for the GW-style comedy goblins they're using for this first adventure, but that's easily changed. The rest is very good material, and easily trasfered to other campaign settings - including the Realms.

Paizo made it clear early on in it's postings on it's own boards that Pathfinder would be an adventure-only publication - much closer to Dungeon than Dragon. They want to stick with what they do best - which is longer adventure plotlines. They don't want to do a general FRP magazine.
