Salius Kai has just gotten this book and i have looked it over an i am quite impressed with it. There is another AD&D book that is about the same as it but i cant recall the name.

I really the way they deals with incorporating monsters of high ECL for 1st level PC.
And the Appendix are very useful. I must say that a book that worths its price
