I know, I haven't gotten this issue yet, but I am just wondering what is going on in this issue. Apparently there is an adventure set on the Plane of Shadows, and the cover mentions Shades. I know, its likely that this is going to be a "generic" adventure that probably reprints shades as a general 3.5 template (which doesn't both me, since shades were not originally FR specific monsters).
Just wondering if anyone had heard anything about this issue. |

320? I thought that was the one with the 20 level progression metallic dragons in it. I didn't see anything that pertained to Shades in there. |

For those that didn't know the Shade Template was redone for 3.5E as a level progression in Dragon 320. |

Okay, I have this one now, and can answer my own questions, thus allowing myself to talk to myself in public . . .
The low level adventure in this one is set in Eberron. The mid level game in this one is set in Greyhawk. ::sigh::
The high level adventure is a "generic" adventure that has to do with a planar city from the Plane of Shadows encroaching on the material plane, and the heroes having to shut the door so to speak before the city can gain a foothold. Not a bad concept, and since the city is on the plane of Shadows, it technically could happen in the Realms, although it depends on how many cities from the Plane of Shadows you want invading Faerun.
It does not reprint or update Shades, just gives their relevant abilities for use in the game.
Oh, the Greyhawk adventure has a useful item in it, albeit a limited one. Kamadans, which in the Realms are native to Maztica, have 3.5 stats in the adventure.
