Malenti
quote:
_ Str + 4, Dex + 2, Con + 2, Int + 4, Sag + 2, Cha + 0
_ swim speed 40 feet
_ Water Dependent (Ec) : Malenti can survive out of water for 1 hour per point of Constitution.
_ Freshwater sensitivity (Ex) : A malenti fully immersed in fresh water must succeed on a DC 15 Fortitude save or become faigued. Even on a sucess, it must repeat the save attempt every 10 minutes it remains immersed.
_ Light Blindness (Ex) : Abrupt exposure to bright light (such as
sunlight or a daylight spell) blinds malenti for round. On subsequent
rounds, they are dazzled while operating in bright light.
_ No natural attacks
_ Blindsense (Ex) : can locate creatures underwater within a 30-foot
radius. This ability works only when the malenti is underwater.
_ Blood Frenzy : Once per day, a malenti that takes damage in combat can fly into frenzy in the following round, clawing and biting madly until either it or its opponent is dead. It gains + 2 Constitution and + 2 Strength, and takes a - 2 penalty to Armor Class. A malenti cannot end its frenzy voluntarily.
_ Speak with Sharks (Ex) : Malenti can communicate telepathically with
sharks up to 150 feet away. The communication is limited to fairly simple concepts such as "food","danger", and "ennemy". Malenti can use the Handle Animal skill to befriend and train sharks.
_ Skills : A malenti has a + 8 racial bonus on any Swim check to perform some special action or avoid a hazard. It can always choose to take 10 on a Swim check, even if distracted or endangered. It can use the run action while swimming, provided it swims in a straight line.
Underwarter, a malenti has a + 4 racial bonus on Hide, Listen, and Spot checks.
A malenti has a + 4 racial bonus on Survival and Professions (hunter)
checks within 50 miles of its home.
A malenti has a + 4 racial bonus on Handle Animal checks when working
with sharks.
_ Automatic languages : Sahuagin Bonus languages : Common, Aquan.

Level adjustement : + 2

Are there other traits for a malenti ? Weapon proficency ? ...

Is it a level adjustement of + 2 ? No natural attack, no special attack based on natural attacks, swim less fast than a sahuagin, but can survive out water more time than a sahuagin.

Other informations on malenti in other books ? If yes, what book, please ?

Thanks for your future answer.

No. At least, if I'm remembering what Steven Schend said in Sea of Fallen Stars correctly. Malenti can breed with sahuagin, but not sea elves.

LA is still +2.
Yes, the Malenti lose natural attacks, but they can pass as Aquatic Elves and be out of water longer, which "balances" out.

Check Page 311 in the Monster Manual 3.5 under Monstrous Humanoid for more information.

You have to check both Creature Type(s), Sub-Type(s), and the Creature Entry for All Traits.

Edit: Also shouldn't this be in the General D&D Products section instead of the FR Section?

It's from the 3.5 MM; it's also included in the SRD. No comment on the questions.

The name of the book indicated in the title, I go to add a quote but the text don't appear as this.
The page is 218.

To ask my question, it is necessary that I gather together the informations to obtain a correct answer.

Did this info come from a WotC book? If so, you need to credit the source. It's in the Candlekeep Forum Code of Conduct, specifically section B3.
