Posted - 09 Oct 2009 : 10:55:37 Hello fellow scribes,
Could any of you that are based in Germany recommend me a place where I might order a copy of the Pathfinder Rulebook? Preferably online. Amazon.de has sold out, which is a shame as I was hoping to order a copy once I was back from a two week trip to the States.
As a resort, I could try Amazon.co.uk or the very excellent Orcs Nest but the postage will be cheaper from a German supplier.
Vielen Dank für Ihre Mühe. |

Is there a scroll where I can post my comments on it? |

... you can order the Pathfinder Grundregelwerk in any German bookshop these days. Just give them the ISBN (3868890092) and you can take it up the very next day. (Unless you really really need the English one, that is ... )
BTW, mind my signature over at the Gate. |

Good to here that you were able to secure a copy!
Until it arrives I won't count my copy secured.
I'm looking forward to reading it, from the excerpts that I've seen at Paizo it seems that they've made some very interesting changes, and useful simplifications.
Dart - it's been a while since I've visited the Orcs Nest, but it is worth a visit. They're helpful via E-mail too. |

Posted - 11 Oct 2009 : 15:36:50 I agree with that. The staff in their London store are really nice, too...and it´s a cool store (managed to sneak there while in England last year). Fewer and fewer FLGS in Germany, sadly. |

Posted - 11 Oct 2009 : 12:24:02 I actually ended up ordering it from Orcs Nest, even with the postage, the €-£ exchange rate made it cheaper to buy from the UK. Apparently Amazon.co.uk will deliver in 1 - 4 weeks, which sounds as though it's not in stock but they're planning to get it - anyway, it suggests the wait isn't worth. So although Orcs Nest is a bit more pricey than Amazon.uk they had it in stock and it's always nice supporting smaller businesses anyway. :) |

Posted - 11 Oct 2009 : 02:39:16 Hey there,
you could try http://www.cadwallon.de/shop/index.php or www.dragonworld.de. I think (not 100% sure right now)they both have Pathfinder stuff. Cheers. |

I may try eBay if things get to that stage. |
