Is it just me or do the Augmented Crystals sound alot like the crystals you could use in the Knights of the Old republic PC game to enhance your Lightsabre?

Getting back on topic I dont think Ill use Augmented crystal in my D&D camaign, I really dont like the idea of players treating their weapons as some sort of lego kit

This is interesting though

As long as your PCs don't encounter any kinrath while discovering these crystals... I'll be happy!
