Korbin Deathstalker |
Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 06:49:10 Greeting to all of you.
I am known as Korbin Deathstalker...Elvin warrior and rogue hailing orginally from a village in Elvin Court and more reciently from Skullport.
I have come from the depths to put a stop to a particular problem that hailed from your fortress/library. And yes, I hopped the walls.
Korbin smiles a lopsided grin, as he rests his hands on his elvin blades in a relaxed fasion.
Our sudden problem is a spammer by the name of Rekindin. I will do what is needed to put a stop to him...when that is done then maybe I will do what I normally do.
Write stories and have fun. |

Posted - 12 Apr 2003 : 06:35:10 Welcome, Korbin Deathstalker, to these walls of infinite knowledge.
Try and not cause to much of a ruckus while your here. I'd not enjoy having a fellow scribe thrown into one of my potions. |

Enjoy your time here and keep those peace bonds on |

Ah well I guess it's my turn for the late greeting 'prize'....Welcome to Candlekeep, Korbin, I hope that you will be able to stay with us for some scholarly discussions once your main task is accomplished.

Posted - 24 Mar 2003 : 08:22:27 No one. Bookwyrm is. (Hey, I can be picky too!)
And remember, it's not my website. I don't have one. |

Posted - 24 Mar 2003 : 08:09:35 I love the beginning "This is just a little vanity web site" Who said Boowyrm was a dragon? |

Posted - 24 Mar 2003 : 06:50:17 Well met, Korbin. I hope you find this place a pleasant surprise as I have. You must come to the inn and tell of your time in Skullport. I promise to buy the first round if you can relate any tales of The Promenade of Ellistraee that is there. |

Posted - 24 Mar 2003 : 06:20:44 Ah, the elf has his own webpage! Not something every inhabitant of the Realms can claim -- much less one in the claimant's own name, either. Would that I could say the same, but I'm afraid Bookwyrm.com (and variants thereof) has already been taken.
Pity I can't claim to be the first one to think of this name. |

Gods NO!!
I am of the house Golfaritar, of the noble protectors. The blood of Bladesingers run in my veins. I am a follower of Tymora, mostly due to my upbringing among Humans.

Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 17:10:17 [Bookwyrm walks in, just in time to catch the tome.]
"'Warrior Vixens in Impractically Revealing Armor.' Yes, I can see why Alaundo would be upset to find this in his library."
[He hands it to a passing female scribe, with instructions to dispose of it. The scribe, seeing the title, is only too happy to do so.]
"Now then. Welcome to Candlekeep, Korbin. I hope you will obey the rules, and not do any unprovoked . . . 'death-stalking' around here. Most of us are used to chaos and noise as we read, but we do frown on blood on the books." |

Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 16:19:46 Welcome to Candlekeep, Korbin Deathstalker. You may find in your stay here that a library can be just as chaotic as Skullport. Just remember, don't get Alaundo mad <ducks as a book flys overhead and crashes into a wall> ... or that will happen. I hope you enjoy your stay here at Candlekeep. |

Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 13:55:14 Hail and Honor, Welcome to the our library full of knowledgeable scribes and sages. Please by all means put them to the challenge. Also, please stop by the Inn and relax a bit with a pint of ale, conversation, and some nice homecooked food.
Honor to all, Avaly Nightstar |

Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 09:39:02 Well Met Korbin Deathstalker, and welcome to Candlekeep.
Indeed a rogue scribe ventured to Skullport in an attempt to cause trouble. I can not understand this kind of behaviour and I hope that the residents of Skullport have quashed his actions.
That aside, I hope you enjoy your stay in Candlekeep and find much knowledge and Realmslore to share with those under the City of Splendors |

Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 08:29:48 Welcome, but remember, while here we put our problem away and just focus on studying (most of times... alright from time to time) i suggest you do the same with Rekindin. What's the matter with him? |
Korbin Deathstalker |
Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 07:24:38 Chaotic?? Very much, I wager you have books upon the place!!
I have heard is called a Den of stinking Evil, Cesspool of the races and somesuch. It is a place for cutthroats, slavers and other black dealings. Surviving in such a place takes skill and constant vigilance.
(OOC, (just in case) Skullport is nestled far beneath Waterdeep. With Undermountain to one side, and Underdark on the other Skullport is a neutral trade city for all races. Thus you would see Drow, Goblins, Dueduar, and even Illithids (mind Flayers) among Humans, Dwarves and an occasional Elf. That makes for a severly chaotic situation. **PLEASE NOTE** I am not piping the site, notice no links included I am answering the question. I personally consider that very poor form.) |

Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 07:10:30 Welcome and Well Met Korbin Deathstalker
I hope whatever you have in mind is, well... quiet.
This is a library after all
I hope you get to having fun sooner rather than later. We can always use another scribe in the greatest library in Faerun.
You might find the peace and quiet here quite soothing.
Skullport is very um, chaotic?
