I'm concerned over a member who has gone MIA since around June 19th when the hurricane hit Flordia. His handle is Thehermit and he was/is in my email game but none of us have heard from him and he hasn't answered any of the emails or IM's since before/around that hurricane. All of us are concerned and so if anyone knows Joe, or how to get ahold of him or his family/friends/etc.... could someone please let us know what happened to him? |

The original projection had it coming across the center of the state (I was hoping it'd follow that course and give me a day off from work!). But it banked northward, and came ashore where the peninsula part of the state meets the mainland part of the state. Orlando is more towards the center of the state. |

Whatever the reason for his absence, I doubt it had anything to do with Alberto (which was a tropical storm). Alberto hit way to the north. Orlando is only an hour north of me, and I know we saw next to nothing of Alberto. And I was at my friends' house this past weekend, and he had no issues from Alberto. Heck, my girlfriend's mom came back from Tokyo, via Toronto, the night Alberto came ashore. Her plane had to fly around the storm, and she was still on the ground on time. |
