It occured to me that while I've been half lurking half posting here for a few weeks now I haven't actually posted any kind of introduction, and I probably should for courtesy's sake if nothing else...

Greetings! I am a slightly obsessive role player and an extremely inexperienced Dungeon Master. I love playing tabletop above everything else, but get quickly drawn into online "Free-Form" role playing such as that taking place here at candlekeep.

My main character, Trinkett, Is a slightly frantic and stupidly greedy halfling rogue just as prone to random acts of heroism as she is random acts of cowardice. In short, If playing with her in your party you could expect her to rob you blind, loot the body of one dead orc while you're still trying to kill the other three, say "I'm hiding behind the dwarf/fighter/ranger/pile of bodies" at least once every session, and somehow when all the odds are stacked against you manage to come through one way or another.

Then later expect paying for it...

So yes...nice to be here :)

Again, thank you for the welcome! :) The robes are bulky and slightly embarassing at the moment because they're a little big for me, but I'm sure I'll grow into them ;)

Well met, Trinkett

...and a belated welcome to Candlekeep Glad ye donned thy robes and decided to join us in discussions of Realmslore. I'm sure ye know thy way around the library by now, but feel free to ask any questions anyway

Enjoy thy stay.

Thank you! I've been learning a great deal just by reading the posts here actually, but I'll be sure to drop a line if I ever need some pointers :D

Freeflow is quite evil, and I do have a tendency to get most addicted to it ;)

Welcome to Candlekeep!

Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here!

As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay!
