I've been thinking, Candlekeep inn needs a bouncer for those rowdy one at night. Does anyone agree? I'd volunteer, for um... free drink?

So i guess the free drink is outta the picture. How about a town crier? OR a coat rack.

Considering the rules, last time I checked them. The place is too peaceful to even require a bouncer. Of course each RP scene developes its own culture. Just one that I would not fit into well. There of course is the hidden moderation available to delete offensise posts that exists here, along with other less massive actions.

Well met

Indeed, we did have a "doorman" at the Inn for a while (Ryle Ravenwood). Although as MuadDib states, the need for such a position is quite unnecessary these days. I believe the current staff do a splendid job in keeping things in order

If you have interest in fulfulling such a position, please email or PM your request to Aluando that he is at least aware of it.

I can't say I've felt the need for a bouncer, for the simple reason that it's rarely called for, and the last time any kind of violent action was taken in the inn, a spell battle the likes of which the realms has never seen ensued and resulted in the departure from the inn of a number of its most esteemed patrons.

As I said however, I appreciate that you're keeping the wellbeing of the Inn in mind, and send a message to Big Al, let him mull it over. Never any harm in a suggestion, so thank you
