I have only been on for a while, though I must admit I lurked for a few months before finally joining (which is not surprising considering how long I took to join my church, ask my fiance to marry me . . . I see a pattern), but since I have been here this has been a great community so far. Even the disagreements I have had seem to actually be discussions, which is great, and I must say, a cut above the Wizards boards (sorry).

Welcome indeed. You'll find that most if not all discussions here at Candlekeep are polite and on topic. Flamers seldom prosper here - and it always helps to acknowledge when you step over the line: as I do all too often ... Enjoy!

Hey, we're always happy to welcome newcomers to our halls! I'm glad you're already enjoying your stay.
And it occurs to me once more that I never did one of these "Hi, I'm here!" threads... I wonder if waiting a full year to do that is a bit much...  |
