While traveling down The High Road in the beautiful city of splender better known as Waterdeep you see a large very ugly being that you realize is of Orcish blood running from out of the city of the dead and on to CoffinMarch and past you screaming and covered with filth and tatterd clothes. You make out a few of his words to the town guard.Tis trew, I ab ben eld ostish agains me wil I ave. Then you recognize the face as William of Waterdeep a half Orc (rumors say he's really Scro)Who lives near the docks and was working as a blacksmith when he seemed to disappear into thin air.
Where he has been will probably be a tale for another day.

Hi all, I hope you haven't bought a tomb stone for me yet.If you have then we can save it for later.
I don't know how much I will be here but I'll try and make a come back.

Its going to take some effort to make it a habit again but I'll be in here from time to time and say hello and read the posts like I did once before.

Well then... I'll have to check up on that.

Thanks for the info, Cardinal .

Welcome back Wil, we've missed having that orcish tongue of yours. I've even saved you a seat, here *leads Wil to a desk pilled with paperwork with Lina's name on it* See I've even kept some scrolls here for you to get yourself up to date with things.

Don't worry, Alaundo -- he's under threat of maiming if he doesn't do it.

I didn't think the Howling Twelve had gibbering mouths. Where did you learn this, Cardinal?

Hey, wasn't he performing in Silverymoon last week?

Oh, yeah, and welcome back, William! I've seen your name mentioned more than once, and at least half of the time, it was in a positive manner!

Surely it cannot be... can the eyes of this poor old gnomish sage really be that clouded over with age and wisdom? Surely William the Great... a good friend and trusted associate of the Sage of Perth has not been seen to have returned to the halls of all knowledge...?

If this is indeed the case, and not merely the result of some cruel illusion concocted by the Master Sage himself, then I bid you a hearty welcome back sir... for you have indeed been sorely missed.

Of course, I am now left wondering, if this is indeed all true... How well did you fare during your extended leave of absence from these warm halls? Surely the sites, smells, and people you have encountered across the planes is a tale worth the telling...

I trust that this William of Waterdeep sighting shall prove more permanent than that of this other individual.

How excellent to see you back Will

You have been sorely missed
Arivia Posted - 18 Dec 2004 : 05:08:31
Nice to see you around again!

Things have grown quite a bit since you left...some faces changed, some new ones...and I think the fifth extension to the halls is coming along on schedule.
