Breken Bregan Posted - 07 Dec 2004 : 01:31:15
*A lean and tall, long, stark white haired male human, looking to be in his early twenties and wearing a black tabard sporting a large red chaos symbol upon the chest, over a set of delicately crafted and gruesomely designed black chain mail armour, two long swords across his back, steps through the doors to take his first look about the confines of room and those within it. After a moments hesitation a sly and wolfish grin emerges upon his lips accompanied by a twinkle in his dark steel grey eyes*

"Greetings to yas one an all!" Proclaimed the arrogant young sell sword as he swaggered into the room.
"I am Breken Bregan of Skullport and I'm here so you lot can buy me a few drinks and loosen your purse of a few coin over the dice table. What say yea?"

*That said the roguish swordsman meets the discerning and disapproving eyes of the locals and visitors alike with equal intensity. Chuckling to himself, the cocky young warrior makes his way over to where he assumes, and hopes, a bar looms in the gloom.*

Had me a cookie before Mithimmar fell comatose at the bar. I never did wake him.
Welcome braggart sellsword Breken Bregan!

*A figure with Large feathery wings appears suddenly beside Breken and claps him heartily on the back*

We welcome thee to Candlekeep! Mightiest stronghold of learning thou may ever come to stumble upon. Whatever knowledge thee seeks here within the Keep can be found easily. But Our lady Kiarin tis right, there shalt be no spilling of blood or brawling within the inn... The grounds however are another matter... Feel free to take any agressions out on those grounds if thee hath a need to
*Deimos Give the man a look over for a moment and gives him a wiry grin*
And something tells us that thou art going to be indeed in need of such an area. Welcome to The Keep!

A human waitress seems to emerge from the gloom, staring the sellsword up and down once, twice before taking on an extreme motherly look and tone to match.

"I am Kiarin D'aleshan and you'll know that here swords stay sheathed."

A small smile crosses her lips. "However, you're welcome to try a few of my cookies while you're here. I've been told they're to die for...

Well Met Breken Bregan, and welcome to Candlekeep! If you're in the mood for more roleplaying, feel free to join us at the Inn. And did I mention we have cookies? Carrot cake too on occasion...

However, the rest of the boards are open for your OOC pleasure- discussion of novels, general D&D questions, and perhaps even helping others with your own tidbits of experience in D&D. ^^ Sometimes it's just fun to see what others are plotting for their own campaigns.

Live, learn, love!~
