Hail one and all!
They (whoever that is) call me Hermit. I am in no way new to The Realms, but certainly new to this forum! In an age where forums seem to be going out of style, I find myself drawn to them more. So I am happy to have found a place with like minded individuals.
I come from more of a gaming background where the Realms are concerned. I haven't read nearly as many of the novels as I would like, but I am striving to change that. Just recently I started a new Realms campaign using Castles & Crusades for the rules. Everyone is having a blast so far!
Anywho, I don't want to ramble too much. Just know that I am thrilled to be here and look forward to the conversations!

Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here! 
As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay!  |
