Greetings Scribes. I am a drow bladesinger, known as Vesz'aun Auvryath. I come from Sshamath, the City of Dark Weavings. Shadowlord(Tsabrak Teken'ghym), someone who plays in my D&D group, introduced me to this site. So, here I am, saying "Hi!" and that the drow will conquer the Night Above!

Yes, I think they're becoming a problem... maybe we should... do... something about it, if you get my drift...
(JUST KIDDING!)

Puts on Hugo Weaving voice, and makes a reference to Elrond's line in Peter Jackson's film of The Fellowship of the Ring, but imitates the phrase "Mr. Anderson" from The Matrix.Welcome to Candlekeep, Mr. Alagondar.

Welcome Vesz'aun

Yet another drow?! Are you sure there isnt a hole appeared somewhere in the basements, Alaundo, which leads to the Underdark?!

Veszaun Auvryath Posted - 12 Mar 2004 : 06:32:43
I too would like to thank and commend everyone involved in clearing this situation up. Apologies have been offered and accepted on both sides of the spectrum, and I believe we can forge some new friendships out of this now.

I'd also like to thank Alaundo once more for going through all the hassle of rectifying my odd registration problems. I know it must have been a pain in the arse, much appreciated

That said, I'm off to scour the boards and see if I can manage to add anything worthwhile to this already vast font of knowledge
Shadowlord Posted - 07 Mar 2004 : 20:43:09
Not at all. Please refer to my website, as well. I edited the bottom of the main page to give credit to all my "ex-friend" plagiarized. And I heartily welcome you to the fold of Vhaeraun. However, now is not the time to say such things.....
Xullrae Zauviir Posted - 07 Mar 2004 : 20:39:59
Glad to see this was handled smoothly, thank you to all involved in dealing with this matter.

I hope now things can get better. It takes a lot of courage to admit that one was wrong. I commend you.

Thank you kindly.
Shadowlord Posted - 07 Mar 2004 : 17:12:08
I did not know it was taken from someone else. My friend merely produced the name one day at our D&D game... I truly regret not looking into the matter further. As my friend has said, please delete his account, so that the rightful owner may take his place among us.
Lord Nasher Alagondar Posted - 07 Mar 2004 : 17:07:31
I am truly sorry for taking the name of Vesz'aun Auvryath. I did not think anything would come of it. Alaundo, feel free to delete this account so that the real bladesinger may take it. I have learned my lesson, and am truly sorry to all involved....
Alaundo Posted - 05 Mar 2004 : 08:32:16
Well met

I've taken this discussion privately, I don't believe that it should be discussed here, at least not until the issue is resolved.

Now all carry on and go about your business.. If any of the parties involved wish to contact me personally, then please do so privately, not on this scroll.

Not to be a bother with the good greetings going on here, but Vesz'aun Auvryath is a stolen concept...

Shadowlord you seem to be a ring leader in this and admitted that "ves'zaun" was/is part of your campaign..that may be so, but the orginal idea came from me and my fiance and belongs to OUR campaign started back in 2001. You did not ask permission..and it seems to me you and your friend is passing off the concept as your own. That is not right!

Our site is here:
http://www.angelfire.com/rpg/drowcampaign

You have stolen most of the concept..just ommiting his REAL picture (which he paid for in 2003,) and his obcession to my character, a Masked Traitor of Vhaeraun.

The real Vesz'aun's site can be found here:
http://www.angelfire.com/rpg/drowcampaign/veszaun.html

He has tried to sign up on this board to confront you but cannot due to some error. However I do hope the kind administor, will at least investigate matters. Since no one has replied to my earlier post yesterday.

I want to know what's going on and why you two have done this?
EcThelion Posted - 02 Feb 2004 : 05:11:05
Well, my *brain* rotted away long ago.
Right now my entire essence is housed within my Phylactery!
Shadowlord Posted - 02 Feb 2004 : 05:06:27
Could it be that the only reason you do not feear the illithid is because you have no brain to devour???
EcThelion Posted - 02 Feb 2004 : 00:17:20
Well, I don't mind!

(As long as he doesn't come near my image, or my Familliar. If he does I'll rip his tentacles of, and use tehm as decoration! So there.)
Lord Nasher Alagondar Posted - 01 Feb 2004 : 23:04:59
Don't worry. He won't devour their brains, he'll just read their minds and delve deep into the secret bowels of their thoughts.....

::choke, splutter::
EcThelion Posted - 01 Feb 2004 : 22:04:31
And Alaundo would allow that? : : *ghasp* : :

Well met, Veszaun Auvryath and welcome ye to Candlekeep.

Now don't ye go stirring up an army for your "conquering of the Night Above"! ....well not without thoroughly researching our tomes on Warfare and Stategies and such like

::whispering:: That'll keep him busy and out of trouble for a long, long while, eh Scribes?!
EcThelion Posted - 01 Feb 2004 : 18:56:31
Greetings to you, Veszaun Auvryath!

It is allways good with more people! As long as we don't get too many. Wouldn't want the keep to overcrowd, now.

And Illithid comes? Goodie. Despite their disturbing habit of devouvering brain (good thing they can't devouer mine!) I actually like the folk. A Bit arrogant, though, and they have a tendency to take humans as slaves. That I do not like... but enough of this bantering.

Good day to you, Veszaun Auvryath.
Lord Nasher Alagondar Posted - 01 Feb 2004 : 18:41:37
Indeed, it seems my friend Shadowlord has managed to gain quite a few Vhaeraunites here in the keep.

Greetings!!
Good too see we are growing strong.
The Cardinal Posted - 01 Feb 2004 : 17:29:02
Hmmm yes but how many scribe here fit that description.... HOW WILL I AVOID SUCH A HORRIBLE FATE!!!!

heheheheh It's going to be interesting with an Illithid here...
Shadowlord Posted - 01 Feb 2004 : 17:10:48
Indeed, Deimos, I played no small part in the sudden influx of drow to Candlekeep. And yes, Vesz'aun plays in my D&D group, and he does follow Vhaeraun. I am also aware that there might be a mind-flayer coming...... If this is acceptable, of course...... He has shown more than a little interest in the Illithid cookbooks, and he's probably going to be the only one to ever gaze upon them......

(Don't worry, if he does come, he'll keep the brain devouring to a minimum, eating only things that are barely sentient.)
The Cardinal Posted - 01 Feb 2004 : 16:54:35
Welcome to the Candlekeep. My, we have been attracting an awful lot of drow recently. Shadowlord, mayhaps these are your brothers in serving your masked lord?
Shadowlord Posted - 01 Feb 2004 : 16:52:34
Greetings Vesz'aun. I almost thought you would never come! I have already managed to conert a considerable amount of people to the ways of Vhaeraun. I shall have to introduce you...... Welcome to Candlekeep, my good friend.
