Well met!
Longtime Realms fan (started with original grey box and the Moonshae trilogy).
I've always loved the realms,plyed in and ran several campaigns there in several editions.
Played all the PC games and loved them.
I hated the 4E version of the setting. Disgusting what WOTC did.
Rumors about 5E brought me back to D&D forums but I decided to come here because no one was talking FR on the offical forums.
I have avoided joining in the past because I was kinda intimidated. I'm an old-school type fan but I don't know the novels or lore half as well as most you guys. Still, I would like to be part of the community and talk FR with fans who love it.
p.s. Halflings are awesome!

Not enough Halfling lore in the realms.
And don't worry about being intimidated. The first post I made was wildly incorrect (and the second and third) but by the 300th post you start to get into the swing of things.
Just start up a thread on a topic that interests you and get a conversation going. |
