Hello, I search information about Hired Horrors in Skullport.

Hirred Horrors sells deepspawn for 10,000 gp in 2nd edition (3rd edition ?).

Did the deepspawn charm when it gave to the future owner ?

For a character, is it possible to buy an ash giant in Hired Horrors ?
If, yes, what is the price ?

What is the DC to know the existence for Hired Horrors ?
What is the DC to know that the deepspawn (create a duplicata monster) or ash giant (bargain soul) sold in this place ?
