Does anyone know where I might find information on various cosmetics that are used throughout Faerún? No idea where to look for information, beyond Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue, which had a little Make up kit item.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.  |

Ed's briefly mentioned a couple in his replies. If you're looking for cosmetic-types used in specific locations across the Realms though, I'd ask Ed.

Oooh, being a lover of cosmetics in real life, I'd love to learn more about how cosmetics are used in the Realms, what they are made out of, and so on.
I've even seen nail polish mentioned in some Realms novels--makes me wonder what it's made out of to allow it to stay on the nail (I doubt Realms polishes would use modern chemicals). |
