Has anybody come across a good site that has maps of the land of FR? I mean small maps of different areas. I have a big world map but it's too big to view on my computer.

Well Met

Maps, maps, maps! Ohhhh how I love maps! Our Map Room is relatively sparse, we have in there what we can and would much desire to have more, but unfortunately those Wizards who dwell on the Coast are a powerful lot and wouldnt approve of us displaying such maps within the library, we therefore have to rely on other scribes to pen their own versions of Faerun and kindly bring them to us.

Yeah, that one looks good. I'll have to make a more in-depth study to be sure. At least I know enough French to guess which link goes where!

I found a site with maps. It's in french, but the maps are in english:

There're maps but I don't think it's what Targon wants. They aren't detailled enough

That's it! That's the name of it. I couldn't remember what it was called. And I went to go get it today...but I couldn't find it. Not fair! So I got a monster manual and the booklet that talks about barbarians, druids, and rangers. It's something to help with roleplaying I think. (i'm still new at this DnD RPG stuff sorry guys).

Forty gold pieces? Sounds like The Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting. That was the price when I saw it. (Oh, for a real dragon's hoard! )

I don't think this is book that Zemd is talking about...but you know Enielis's FR hardback book for RPG that Elph and I always look at when he brings it to school (the one with the pics of Elaith, Drizzt, and Alustriel in it)? That has maps in it as well. It costs like $40 at Barnes and Noble. (probably the same for Merlin's and Waldenbooks). At least I think that's what the cover prices said...you might ask him though. But I remember looking at some good maps in there.

I found some maps on various sites. They were taken from the forgotten realms interactive atlas. But since i've bought it, i deleted them from my 'favourites'. But they are easy to find

There are a few maps on Candlekeep, too. I don't know if they're what you're looking for -- they're not "official."
zemd Posted - 23 Mar 2003 : 13:06:56
I meant BUY it on the Internet.

<zemd looks around, when there's no one listenning>

Okay. Thanks for the info and help.
zemd Posted - 22 Mar 2003 : 21:28:48
It's a pgm. You'll find it in the shops. (quite expensive IMO)
Targon Moonrise Posted - 22 Mar 2003 : 20:48:12
Where is the atlas? Sounds like the answer to my problem.
zemd Posted - 22 Mar 2003 : 20:30:14
The best you can get it's the Forgotten interactive Atlas*
