Posted - 19 Mar 2003 : 20:33:46 Hello sire and welcome to Dagger falls. It has been a while since your visit and much has happened since you where away. Randal Morn has now clear the last of the Zhent Stink and the Guard wall has been rebuilt. People are beginning to open their doors again and the market is filling up with new stalls. Ahhh so you like the prospect of some trading! Allow me to escort you to the market place and marvel at the many new items available to you sir."
Finally Heroes have freed Dagger Falls from the clutches of the evil Zhentarim, after leaving the town they return to find a lot has changed but the market place has the most. I am currently creating a floor plan of the city of Daggerfalls, as it will become the base of my adventurers. I was hoping that some of you could help me in redesigning the market. Here is what I feel should stay in it (All from the "Return of Randle Morn" Adventure.) *Alrim's Magical Emporium: A Small Shop selling simple tricks and Sleigh of hands. No REAL magical items will be found here. *Endo's Erotic (Yes I spelt that right!) Elixirs: Harmless fun isn’t it? All until someone roles the 10% chance of being poisoned! *Milmom's Charms and Favours: A Massive collection of Holy symbols and other charms that seem to have no effect.
Including these I was also going to include some of the following Stalls: *A New GOOD Alchemist (Creating him for Sages and Specialist Book) *An Appraiser (Who deals Black Market magical items on the side... for a price) *Several Competing Equipment Stalls *An Arms Stall, there should be a small handling cost of 15%-40% gold. I felt that that the current Alchemist, would have left when the Zhents where over thrown (He was their poison Dealer)
So lets hear your idea and Suggestions. Hanx Elrond |

Um, a sire is either a father (to sire something is to father it) or a king.

Yes! I find it stupid when there's only one place for that particualar corner of the market. Competition is good for consumers.
