I found an ebay auction offering only the 2 sourcebooks of the first Undermountain box, without the maps etc.

Is there a point buying it?

If you don't mind PDFs, you should just purchase both Undermountain boxed sets from paizo.com for just $4US and download the trio of adventure modules from WotC for free. They're PDFs yes, but at least you're getting the whole thing.

You can find the Undermountain boxed sets here:-

The Ruins of Undermountain

The Ruins of Undermountain II

And you can download the adventure modules here:- http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/downloads

Indeed. I bought the pdfs from them myself, despite already having purchased the boxed sets years ago, when they were readily available.

I'd not bother buying it without the maps... There's so much more to each level that isn't detailed in the sourcebook.

I don't suppose you have the Electronic FR Atlas? I believe that this also has those maps available within it (though possibly without room numbering).

It might be of some value to you, I would not pay much for such though.
