'Tis free, if you opt for the pdf. Just go to the link Sage provided.
Indeed... hence the words "free download" .

For the print version, I'm not sure. I've not looked, since I bought mine new. RPGNow.com, Nobleknight.com, and eBay are the sources I see listed most for trying to track down out of print items like this. I don't know about the first two, but I've seen various Volo's Guides on eBay for reasonable prices.
Hmmm... a quick check of both nobleknight.com and dragontrove.com revealed little in the way of actual print-copies available.

I would suggest Ebay as well, though, in this case... it's lucky you also have access to the PDF .

There's not much info on that city in the old lore and in the new lore. Volo's Guide to the North or Sword coast and the 1e and 2e campaign box sets is about it, except for what ever is in the FRCS.

VGttN has the most lore... VGttSC has a little, but Volo's Guide to the North remains the most complete source.

'Tis available as a free download at WotC:- http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/downloads
