I'm running "The Door to Everywhere" adventure from Dungeon #88 which is a series of portals in Northern Cormyr, Sembia, the Savage North, the Moonsea, and Anauroch. One of those portals opens up in Northern Cormyr, north of Arabel. This is obviously near the location of the Helmlands and Castle Kilgrave.
Did the clerics or wizards of Mystra manage to cleanse the Helmlands? I couldn't find any mention of it in the FRCS, and nobody seems to be talking about it enough to show up with a search on any of the message boards. |

I've never heard that it was specifically fixed, just that the clergy of Mystra was desperately trying to fix it. It always sounded like the region was horribly twisted and resistant to change. I would assume that it is still there, until told otherwise. |
