Greetings All
Im writing the background for a 1st level wizard he is a human, mulan from the wizards reach area who has taken collegiate wizard and spell wise for his fist level feats. The question then becomes are there any institutions organizations or groups that could be considered a wizards college in cannon in this part of the world? I was planning on setting him up in Delthintle and am wondering how large a city this is I don’t have much info on it.

While it's not exactly the "Wizard's Reach"... the most immediate guild/college that comes to mind are the Northern Wizards in the city of Messemprar, in Unther. They're from Old Empires as I recall.
