Ive got an idea for a feat but wanted to see whether people reckoned it was balanced or not. I sort of took the idea from the Carmendine monk feat in CoV and ran with it in another direction.

Monk of the Martyred goddess

Prerequistes: Wis 13, Member of the Order of the martyred Goddess

Benefit: You use your wisdom instead of your inteligence score to determine how many Arcane spells you can access and cast. If you have 2 arcane classes then you must pick one.

If it is unbalanced please post suggestions on how to fix it

Thanks in advance

Perfectly balanced, although your wording is off-it should be like this:
Benefit: Choose one arcane spellcasting class. For the purposes of that class' arcane spellcasting ability, use your Wisdom score to determine your maximum spell level and bonus spells.
Additionally, if you're not including the benefit of freely being able to multi-class between mage and monk as a part of your organization, why not make it a benefit of the feat?

@Kentinal: It's not a metamagic feat, and feats have always been designed for specific classes-Weapon Specialization, anyone?

I like it. It seems like it would not upset game balance. I take it this is just to determine spell level and bonus spells? Intelligence would still be your primary spell-casting stat for determining spell DC's and such? I can't think of how it would be broken. Sounds good!

The Feat is for an order of multi class Wizard/Monks, it will be an orgnaisation feat like those found in CoV

When did a Monk get grarted the ability to cast any Arcane spell?

As far as the feat goes I do not think it is unbalanced on the face of it, it is a meta-magic feat and feats are rare to get. There are other feats that transfer to another Ability score.

Not sure if would even require Wis of 13, though might require a casting level or some other factor. It used to be that feats were not crafted to just one class, though designed that only a few classes would take it. These days I am not sure how close this guideline is followed. Ceertainly some RrCs requoire a certain deity and I have seen indications that some feats were also being so crafted.

My first suggestion would be that "martyred" is not spelled that way.
