I just recently came across this term and trying to get more information about it.
What I have been told so far is.
"And a cave harp, if you are trying to figure them out, is a Drow made instrument."
Source might be from "the Underdark book" or "Underdark of the Faerun" as I can not find any direct match to either word search, I suspect titles/descriptors are incorrect in some manner. Perhaps a scribe could provide more information about this harp.

The 3rd Edition Underdark tome is the source for the information you seek, and the caveharp (one word) is described on page 67. |
