Try a google search on the phrase "D&D Rule Tracker."

If you can find a copy of it, is is an excel spreadsheet that simply lists all of the "data items" (i.e. classes, PrC's, races, feats, spells, skills, etc.) along with the source it came from. The advantage to this is you can then sort and hide data to only show the latest incarnation of the item (a spell that appeared in Magic of Faerun, Unapproachable East and again in Player's Guide to Faerun, for example, could be sorted to only show PGtF.)

It typically includes *all* d20 sources, not just WoTC.

I don't know what the latest incarnation of this thing is, though.

A handy dandy, downloadable linked SRD that in the end has become more useful than my hardcopy corebooks.(as I do all of my notes on computer)

?!?

I believed the SRD is organized in Table of Content format... what more would be required, and why?

I think he's asking for an index of rules(such as what you're putting together over at Worlds, PDK), not the rules themselves.

Look at my sig dude...

I take it that the SRD doesn't have what you need?

Crystal Keep contains what you seek, although it's approximately six months out of date(meaning nothing from Complete Divine would be included.)

And yes, Wizards would know about those compilations-if the MtG and D&D teams talk to each other at all, that is.
