Fellow scribes I need ye wisdom, I'm looking for all the information I can find about the mythical TV animated series of Dungeons and dragons. D'you remember the serie I'm talking about? This one where there was a coward warrior, the leader was a ranger who had a magic bow that didn't need arrows, an amazon with an stretching staff, ... d'ye remember now?
Please I would be grateful if you could give me links to pages with images, wallpapers and so more stuff...

I remember one episode where they did indeed make it home. But Venger followed them. He still had his full powers, but their Weapons of Power didn't. Rather than unleash him on Earth, they went back to that other world.

I don't know if that was the final ep or not... And I don't recall any other episodes where they made it home.

However, in the ep with the girl who dreamed of the future, Dungeon Master showed Bobby (the Barbarian, the brat with the club and the unicorn, as you called him ) the girl's last dream in their world. In this dream, she was walking the halls at her school, when Bobby suddenly popped up -- in normal clothes -- and gave her back the necklace she'd left behind. Bobby didn't look too much older, so it can be assumed that they did make it home for good not long after that.

I haven't seen anything resembling that cartoon in Australia. The last mythical/fantasy TV series that we had was Hercules and Xena and that was back in the early 90s.

Thanks Rad. Don't know what I'd do, here on this desolate isle, without thee!

Several years ago, there was a promotional Forgotten Realms comic book, one which, I believe, pre-dated the DC/TSR comics. This promo comic had the kids, now all adults, wind up in Shadowdale, where Presto tried to con Elminster into accepting him as an apprentice.

The plot was lame and the artwork awful, but it was still nice to see the kids from the show again.

Ok, I asked this because in Shadows of Amn, if you go to the Adventurer's Market in the Waukeen Stepway there are the pictures of Hank and Bobby and they say that both were eaten by Tiamat

I think it was about the early to mid-80's... I do recall that it was back in those long ago and wonderful days when you could watch cartoons for hours on a Saturday morn.

Per the site I linked, it was on from 83-85.

If i recall correctly there was a ranger, a warrior, a barbarian (with an unicorn), an "amazon", a thief (the one with the invisibility cloack), a wizard (with his "doraemon's" hat), without counting the "little Yoda" that dissapeared in all the chapters.

Here, in spain, they didn't showed all the serie, how did it ended?

Hmmm....a scribe who recalls details about Sheila and Diana, but does not recall details about other subject matter. Hmm....

You fault me, O Delusional One, for noticing the girls?

The previously mentioned swarm of Miniature Giant Space Hamsters is waiting to be unleased... Don't make me let the little guys attack.

As I recall, in the intro, the Dungeon Master referred to Diana as an acrobat, and Sheila as a thief.

Is that purely from memory? Or did you look it up?

Weren't there two different girls? One was the amazon, the other had the elven cloak to turn invisible.

I've seen that happen before with a series tied up with syndication rights. No idea if that's in play here and thus keeping it from a North American release.

I used to love that show... I'm sure that it's incredibly cheesy by today's standards, but I still want someone to release it on DVD over here...
