Posted - 27 Jul 2004 : 04:52:28 I know this question as probably been asked a hundred times already to all the authors that come to this site but I've been going thourgh the dragoncon guest list and I've noticed that so far no forgotten realms authors are shown to be attending and I was curious to see if any of those present might actually make an apperance. |

There's a really small chance I'll be there. I have some friends who attend every year that I'm thinking about visiting, but it's all very formative at this point.
So it turns out that I will be at DragonCon this year. I fly in late Friday night and take off about mid-morning on Monday, so I'll be around the convention all day Saturday and Sunday. Not sure what good this information does anyone, since I don't have a booth to call home and I'm really just there to have fun and see some old friends, but there you go.

You should get on the guest list and get a time slot to sign books!

Ah, well, that explains it. Thanks for the explanation.

I'm really baffled as to why this wound up in General Chat, when it was in the Novels forum. Did someone move it?

Well met

Posted - 27 Jul 2004 : 13:36:04 I wish DragonCon and GenCon didn't happen so close together. That's what's kept me away from DragonCon in recent years, even though I used to attend faithfully and always had a great time. |
