Not really a Realms topic or anything, just a plea for help.

I have a subscription with Dragon magazine which ive had for years now but the last two issues (203\204 i think) have gone AWOL and I cant find a way to get hold of the distributors (this is in the UK by the way). WotC\Hasbro cant give me any contact phone number, nor is there anything in any of my back issues, can anybody help and provide me with a phone number for subscriptions\distribution? I think it was something like M?? Distribution or Marketing.

Thanks
(Alaundo, you can delete this topic if you wish when\if i get the number)

Is that 8 French dollars or 8 US dollars?

Actually, I do have a legitimate question.

I haven't read a Dragon in years. In ye olden tymes, it used to have articles about games made by companies other TSR/WotC. Does it still? I don't mean just other D20 games, I mean completely different games, like GURPS, for example. I'm asking here because I find it a pain the rear ploughing throug WotC's web site.

LOL! French dollar doesn't exist... We have the Euro, i translated in US$ for you.

No. It barely (if ever) even covers other d20 companies. Doesn't even cover d20 stuff made by Wizards (Such as d20 modern). All Wizards D&D All the time.

There are rumours that Mongoose Publishing is starting up a magazine. Unknown what it'd be like, but possibly d20 only (which'd still be a good thing).

Thats not advisable zemd. Paizo have not delivered ANY Dragon magazines to non-US subscribers since about last October\November!!

For those of you with Dragon subscriptions in the UK, just incase you havent received yours already.... I received a letter yesterday from Hasbro giving their most sincere apologies for the problem with Dragon magazine subscriptions and the mess caused by Piazo Publishing. They also sent me a cheque for issues not received.

Good job I kept buying the issues from the store!

Thanks Rellen!

Id given up on that forum but it looks like its taken off on that topic and got quite heated

Im glad that a lot of other subscibers are as angry about this as me, but reading those posts, I can see that laws are stopping us being informed as to the situation.

I just hope that when this is all resolved that I get a subscription extension rather that all the missing issues.....else im gonna have duplicates as I gave up and went and bought them from a store

The official topic on the situation is here:

Haven't had an issue since 300!
UK Phone Number is 01858 410510 but all the nice lady says is its being resolved soon!!

As to wether I get me missing mags, thats another thing that haunts me

Though not a UK subscriber, I once was subscribed in the Netherlands. I haven't had any complaints on the distribution myself, but I know that Ghost has had several occasions of late or no deliveries.

Me moving around the globe has kinda screwed up with the subscriptions and now I'm left to find a shop in Budapest (or Hungary in general) to buy the magazine...

Just wondered if any UK Dragon subscribers had had any contact from Piazo or the distributors or have received any issues lately?

I know that there is a dispute between Piazo and the subscriptions holders and I cant see it being resolved and back issues being sent out. Ive since been buying Dragon from stores and have so far had to buy 4 issues! Ill be requesting a refund and NOT resubscribing! The lack of communication to subscribers from Piazo is very bad for customer confidence!

No I'm afraid not but if you ring up the US one and ask them they may give it to you.
