I'd say that the dracolich's soul should be annihilated by, rather than merging with, Myrkul's.
not necessarily the Dracolich has divine energy in 3ed terms both the Dracolich and Mykrul would have a Divine Rank of Zero. |

I think Falazure the Night Dragon would be very interesting, I don't have the Draconomicon to read up on him, but I can easily guess what he might be like if he claims the Cult of the Dragon as followers
Velsharoons a demi power you can have 2 Demi powers with the same portfolios in fact you can have a Greater Power and a Demi power of the same portfolios. What you cant have is 2 Leser/Intermidate/Greater powers with the same portfolios.
I see Mykrul in either of those 2 forms tracking down and killing Velsharoon for his power. |

I'm in favor of Necromancy and Undeath.
Something tells me that the Sage might agree.
Given the events in the Year of Rogue Dragon trilogy Im leaning the other way |

Posted - 03 May 2004 : 05:35:32 It will start at 1st level, the PCs will likely start in Waterdeep perhaps going into Undermountain a couple of times, Im going to alter Mere of Dead men a bit, if the undead Yuan-ti who possess the Crown of Horns manages to reach the Dracolich skelton in the 5th Module of Mere of Dead men then Mykrul will be able to add the Divine energy in the Skelteton to the energy he already possess in the Crown of Horns.
I havent decided what form Mykruls rebirth would take, he could come back as a humanoid God of Necromancy and Undeath some what similar to his former self (Obviously hes not Lord of the Dead anymore thou) OR Mykruls soul merges with the Dracoliches soul and they turn into a new Deity: Falazure the Night Dragon from the Draconomicon, Falazure claims all Cult of Dragon worshipers as his own.

No, it's there; just check the end of the entry for all the paraelementals...annoying 3.0 entry formatting...
Ok thanks
Im currently working on a new campaign
FROZEN NORTH: which will be played next year, After the Waterdeep source book comes out and after the current campaign Banites on the March has concluded.
I intend using the Waterdeep source book, The 5 part Mere of Dead men series of modules in Dungeon magazine and the Fire Rescue adventure hook on page 177 of the FRC.
A Group of Clerics of Auril and there White Dragon allies (A large family of Dragons from the Spine of the World)is repsonsiable for the death of the Fire Elementals, there stated goal is to Kill or drive out the Fire elementals (Fire being the enemy of Aurils priests) and to freeze over the Neverwinter river thus forcing that city to finally submit to Aurils winter. The High Priestess however has an even grander goal she seeks to get inside Mount Hotenow and cast an Earthquake spell in the heart of the mountain causing it to errupt as a Volcano, the High Priestess Goal is to create a "nuclear winter" from the ash entering the air from the erruption thus bringing a long winter to Waterdeep, The Sword Coast, Icewindale and the Savage Frontier.

Posted - 03 May 2004 : 03:33:37 Do you mean ice elementals? If so, then yes. The MotP, then. The Creature Catalog on ENWorld has a few more ice and snow related paraelementals last I checked, including Cryonax. |
