Master Krashos and Master Zeromaru X,

I can certainly appreciate your outlook on this. I'll elaborate.

I am asking those questions because I felt they are relevant to hear. There have been monumentally enormous consistency and continuity issues in the Realms (as we all know) for quite some time. They are talked about frequently here at the 'Keep, and this is an opportunity to ask about it post-Ms. Evans comment. When I read an author making that statement in response to Ed, it was of interest to me. Mayhaps it is seen as rude. I would really like to know from Ms. Evans though what her feelings are on the consistency issue, in that regard.

Master Krashos: I would totally read that; however, I ditched all social media 3.5 years ago. I just get the initial view from a link, and that is it.

Now, perhaps she has a response that makes it clear that I misread the statement, or didn't understand the context. Your having pointed out that the rest of the feed commentary would be helpful, is helpful. However, I have been unable to read the rest of it.

Best regards,

EDIT I added some clarifying information about the consistency point earlier on.

I'm with George in this. I feel those questions are... rude.

Anyways, I have a few questions for Erin...

What inspired you to tell a story about tieflings?

And what inspired you when you were creating the culture of the Vayemniri?

Talking about Vayemniri...

How many years took for the Vayemniri to build Djerad Thymar? And how many to build Djerad Kethendi.

Who succeeded Kallan as Vanquisher when the Interim period ended?

And, how clans are created? What are the rules for creating new clans?

Also, in TDYK you mentioned three places in the Abeir equivalent of Tymanther: The Dead Bone Mountains, a lake and a bottomless pit. What can you tell us about them?

Is Erin aware of any effort by WotC to try to ensure that products are consistent with one another? If so, what? If not, what is her opinion as to why not?

What does Erin feel causes these kinds of consistency issues when she made her comment that did hallmark the problem on Twitter?

In asking these questions, I'm not sure what your agenda is cpthero2, but it doesn't seem to be constructive. Just my 2cp.

Btw, if you read that Twitter thread in entirety, there was no inconsistency between what Ed stated and what Erin wrote in her book. Torilian Weave-users and Infernal pact warlocks were unable to cast spells in Abeir. But that doesn't mean that there aren't wizards and warlocks (with non-Infernal pacts - like the primordial example given) who can cast such spells in Abeir using their own unique-to-that-place method of spellcasting.

What's your personal feelings about other Untheric/Babylonian/Sumerian pantheon gods returning as part of the Sundering. In this, I'm picturing them actually down in the Shaar. Would you be surprised if the Shaaryan rain god Khass was in fact another name for an Untheric god, such as Enlil/Anu, Ramman.

How would you feel about the concept that the Underchasm filling was actually land that had transferred to Abeir returning and that some Shaar cultures along with some Mulan and Chessentan folk having gathered there initially in hiding in old ruins, but near the end in opposition to Shyr?

What would you say to the theories that many of the Untheric "gods" can possibly trace their origins to ascended dragons (Assuran of the Three Thunders for instance possibly being an ascended bronze or blue dragon for example), and thus Tchazzar and the Millenium Dragon are not the first to pursue the path. How would you view the theory that many of the deific manifestations came from mortal dragons that were ruling humans but in human form secretly OR openly, and that the deity needed a powerful mortal body to bond with before transferring to Toril to work as an avatar similar to what happened in the ToT.

What kind of similarities do you see between the Dawn Cataclysm and the separation of Asmodeus and Azuth (other than Azuth being involved in the former as well)?
