Is there any info regarding the first lich and or the first golem?
Am considering having one, the other, or both present at the end of time and it'd be nice to know any lore about them that might already exist.

The most ancient liches eventually become demiliches. No longer anchored and confined (much) to a worldly body, creatures embodied within potent magic and pure intellect, evolved beyond mortal comprehensions, evolved even beyond malevolence, their continued existence dwells within some sort of ascended/transcended cosmic paradigm.

It seems to me that any ancient liches which still remain in the Realms must be somehow too weak or too flawed to attempt the transition, they are unable to move forward to a greater world. Or they must be truly obsessed with something/someone in the Realms, perhaps they oversee their own desecendants or seek an elusive artifact or await the passage of something they've calculated/foreseen/divined, they are unwilling to leave the lesser world behind.
Either way, these elderly lichy relics don't seem likely to be very godlike when compared vs their younger lichy peers.

Gold lasts forever and I’d think it fitting for the first to be made of the substance. At least one should survive until the end of time, no?

It only lasts forever if its protected. If it's not protected, it'll eventually wear away. And if we're talking about lasting until the end of time, we're talking about a very long time indeed -- time enough for mountains to be worn down and new mountains to arise, and all that.

At the rate RSEs with possible world or time ending events occur, with just some basic probability one will go wrong. I’d say that golem has to last another month or so.

Just because they started a long time ago doesn't mean they can't be at the end of time, with time travel. That being said, I don't know why it would be important that it be the 1st ones (which I'd expect had a pretty basic process that got improved by later liches, unless we go with the option that "magic was more powerful then so, they built something better").

-The oldest mentioned Liches are the Sarrukh Liches of Oreme, which would make them about 35,000 years old or so.

I don't believe it's ever been addressed.

Also, without the use of extraordinary preservative methods, I'd not expect either to be around at the end of time. Even metal or stone will wear away, over time, and liches are in a state of decay. Even if the end of time was only 100,000 years away, that's still a long time for anything to remain.
